International SOS supported one of the world’s leading biotechnology company's health and wellbeing agenda.

Problem

Amgen is one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies. A values-based company, Amgen is deeply rooted in science and innovation to transform new ideas and discoveries into medicines for patients with serious illnesses. Their management wanted to better understand their workforce’s health and wellbeing risks to build programmes and policies that supported their needs.

Solution

To gain a better understanding of their employee health and wellbeing, we designed, developed and launched an Online Health Risk Assessment. 

Impact

After analysing the data, our global health advisor was able to provide high-level recommendations back to Amgen's management that was tailored to the needs of their workforce.
